So, who’s Connor?

Connor specializes in corporate strategy, leadership and change management aided by consulting experience in finance, marketing and business development.

Connor Edwards is a leader and communicator who combines creative talent and entrepreneurial drive to deliver insightful and meaningful impact to complex organizations. His interests include new venture strategy, leadership development, strategic planning and branding and identity.

Most recently, Connor has worked as an independent consultant for a major investment bank. In that role, he worked with senior managers on challenges during an acquisition situation. He advised financial services executives on process improvement strategies to strengthen service delivery for client reporting. His work spanned the breadth of business challenges from high level strategy development to organizational change.

Prior to consulting, Connor worked in corporate strategy at WestJet, Canada’s leading airline. During his time there, he spent time on three major initiatives in the areas of revenue analysis, sustainability reporting, and change management for the implementation of an innovation management system. In addition, Connor served in similar leadership roles in the past throughout his academic career at a number of student-run organizations.

Connor holds a degree in commerce from the Gustavson School of Business at the University of Victoria where he served as the 19th president of the Commerce Students’ Society. He holds a private pilots license and enjoys playing the drums, surfing, golfing and playing hockey.

Born in Victoria, Connor has lived in Calgary and Australia, studied abroad in Denmark at Copenhagen Business School, and has family in Scottsdale. He enjoys traveling and currently resides in Victoria.
